Corporate & Team Training

I train teams alongside the coaches at Novus Global. We work with organizations that are already performing and know the next level isn’t a strategy problem. It’s a culture problem. This isn’t a workshop. It’s a training built on the GO LIVE framework, designed to shift how a team actually operates. Ownership becomes the default, feedback becomes oxygen, and the culture stops defending the ceiling it already built.

FOUNDATIONAL CONCEPTS EXPLORED

GROWTH: We examine the mindset required to become the version of you that can actually produce what you’re committed to. We look at what it takes to move from high performance to MetaPerformance™. Across relationships, health, career, and leadership.

OWNERSHIP: We help participants notice how the way things occur to them may be different than how they occur to others. We consider the impact this has on the way they show up in every aspect of their lives.

LOVE: We interrogate the assumptions people carry about what it means to be loving. And expose how love, practiced correctly, becomes one of the most uncompromising forces for growth a leader can wield.

INTEGRITY: We look at how our own survival needs can get in the way of our integrity and what we can learn from broken commitments. We provide frameworks for the growth and restoration of trust.

VISION:We investigate ways we relate to vision and explore the impact those beliefs can have on our relationships, our leadership, our legacy, our finances, and our physical and mental wellbeing. We engage in exercises designed to unlock a vision for every person’s life that We run exercises designed to surface a vision so clear and so personally owned that it exerts pressure on every decision that follows it.

ENERGY: We explore energy as something that isn't a luxury, but is a choice that can be developed.

If your team is already good — this is how they get different.

The organizations that get the most from this work aren’t broken. They’re plateaued. They’ve won the game they set out to win, and the next level won’t come from the same playbook. If that’s you, let’s talk about whether team training is the right next move.
