Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using content, coaching services, programs, publications, resources, events, or any other materials provided by me in connection with Novus Global, the Meta Performance Institute, or any branded offerings (collectively, the Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Services.

Who I Am and Scope of Services I am a coach affiliated with Novus Global and a faculty member at the Meta Performance Institute. My Services are designed to support high-performing individuals — including Fortune 500 executives, artists, and founders — in their professional and personal development. Services may include coaching sessions, group programs, workshops, written materials, recorded media, and live events.

No Guarantees Coaching and training outcomes depend on many factors, including client commitment, effort, and external circumstances. While I aim to support your growth and performance, I do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, business success, promotions, financial gains, or other measurable achievements.

Professional Relationship and Not Legal/Medical Advice The Services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, psychiatric, or other professional advice. You should consult licensed professionals for advice in those areas. If you or someone you coach is in crisis or poses a danger to themselves or others, contact emergency services immediately.

Client Responsibilities You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. To get the most from coaching, you should be honest, open, and ready to act. You agree to provide accurate information, participate in agreed-upon activities, and follow any scheduling, payment, and cancellation policies described at the time of purchase or engagement.

Privacy and Confidentiality I respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy policies and laws. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent permitted by law and professional obligations; however, confidentiality does not apply to information that is illegal, presents a risk of harm, or is otherwise required to be disclosed by law. Aggregate or anonymized data may be used for coaching development, research, or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property All materials provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to written content, audio, video, training materials, curricula, and proprietary frameworks, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use materials for your personal, noncommercial use only, unless you receive explicit written permission to reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Third-Party Content and Links The Services may reference or include links to third-party content or resources. Such references or links do not constitute endorsement, and I am not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds All fees for coaching, programs, events, and products will be communicated at the time of purchase. Payment terms, scheduling, cancellation, and refund policies will be specified in the purchase agreement or enrollment materials. Refunds, if offered, are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Session scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling policies will be outlined in engagement agreements or program terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as specified in those agreements.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will I, Novus Global, the Meta Performance Institute, or any affiliates, faculty, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to amounts you actually paid for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
